This mod makes it so all gang members in The Families(green) and Ballas(purple) spawn with Micro SMGs, as I feel they are needed in the game. They spawned with them in GTA: San Andreas so why not in GTA V? I have also added options for Sawn Off Shotguns and AK47 Assault Rifles so now all gang members have a chance to spawn with these weapons.
This mod is compatible with Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement v1.362 by BobJaneTMart - Once you download his mod just replaced loadouts.meta with the one you get from this mod.
I have created four separate folders depending on which weapon you want them to spawn with. They will still spawn with pistols whichever option you choose. You can choose one of three weapons the Micro SMG, AK47 Assault Rifle or Shotgun option and then the final folder allows for the gangsters to spawn with all three weapons at once.
Installation:
Open OpenIV, Enable Edit Mode,
Navigate to update/update/rpf/common/data/ai,
Backup and then delete loadouts.meta,
Drag and drop loadouts.meta into OpenIV.

- Now compatible with Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement v1.362 by BobJaneTMart
v1.2:
- Added option that allows all weapons to spawn at once (Pistol, MicroSMG, Sawn off Shotgun and AK47 Assault Rifle) Now all the gangsters will spawn with one of these guns, the pistol has the highest chance to spawn
- Increased ammo for all guns
- Reduced chance of Micro SMG spawn
- Reduced chance of AK47 Assault rifle spawn
- Reduced chance of Sawn off Shotgun spawn
